There was a time when I might have worn this shirt, though we simply created more shelves when needed.

Laura, did you see the recipe ideas last night? I’m not overly fond of eggplant, but I really enjoyed making those boats. So much I made them a couple of times when life handed me eggplants.

Thanks, John. I guess I didn't go back far enough when I was catching up this morning. Those sound good. I'll try them this week.

I didn't zoom into the church service today. I went for a walk, instead.

I picked up some canned tomatoes for salsa for my salads. In addition to cutting out carbs, I think I'm going to have to cut down on fat, as well.

So, salsa for what I call my Big Ass Salads this week.

Instead of salad dressing with mayo or oil.

The vegan friend took all the rest of the eggplants. But we get them fairly often. I'll try the boats then.

I kept two bunches of cilantro, so I have enough for the cucumber salad and the tabouli.

On the 24th I began having an issue with my foot that keeps getting worse.  I decided our trip to Best Buy was enough walking for the day.
