A Generation At War will be shown on the Fort Wayne PBS station in February.

They are having a premiere at the local cinema on February 7, I think.

I got word that I am still in final cut which is nice to know.

That's wonderful, Jrand!

Nothing's wrong. I just like having nothing important to have to think about.

Ditto!!

We are starting to get our first holiday cards. Fewer and fewer each year, as we stopped sending them out.

I will say this, though:

Glitter should be outlawed.

I think I posted that I entered a casual relationship with French via Duolingo some weeks ago. Just the free version for now, and I'm afraid only a few minutes per day, but I'm planning on jumping more seriously into it after the first of the year with (1) the paid version of either that or maybe another like Rosetta Stone, and (2) more time and concentration spent on it.

I upgraded this week to the Max version because you get “video call” conversations with the humorously blasé character, Lily. I needed to start conversational work.

It wouldn't be the holiday season without an annual viewing of this:         8)

LaCroix is flavored seltzer, so I think it's just that it doesn't have any added sugar.

Bruce are there any Daily Grill's left?  The one near my brother closed years ago.  I know the one in Portland is gone.

Rodzinski, vibes that the skin issues you mentioned in last night's posts are easy to deal with!

My mom made meatloaf with catsup and mustard big chunks of onion and green pepper and I never liked it

I wouldn't have liked that.

I don't think I would have, either.

I've never been a huge meatloaf fan. But I saw Meat Loaf in concert and he was excellent, even though he had intonation issues.

A non meat meat loaf, the way I like them ;)

While far better for you than regular soda, carbination is still bad.

I'm a little melancholy this morning.  Today would have been my dad's 103 birthday. After 17 years, I still miss him. I hardly ever think of my mother; there's too much anger and resentment for her madness and other shortcoming, but I miss my dad every day.
