I know it's not Elmore's  fave.

THE FANTASTICKS does it better, but I actually preferred the movie to the stage show of the Sondheim-Lapine mess.

I am thinking of going to an outdoor showing of Into the Woods tonight.

That's really cool, John.  Hope you enjoy the experience.

Do you know who told your mother she needs the update?

I don't, but advised her that it is probably not necessary right now.

Good.  I am still curious why she was told that info, especially if it was her doctor.

The DH used to talk to his mother at least once a day. I spoke to mine every 2 weeks or so.

We spoke to our parents once a week.  When the children were younger I opten called my mother-in-law to tell her what they were doing.  Once we moved long distance calls were expensive back then.

I forgot Beth Leavel was in Lempicka. Then I heard her voice. No one like her.

Listening to some music by Giuseppe Martucci (1856-1909), who has been described as the Italian Brahms.
