As for a link to the Liberal Cemetery, we don't seem to have one.

Knowing she was buried in Willesden, Keith originally wrote to the United Synagogue Burial Society who then wrote back referring him to someone at the Liberal Jewish Cemetery.

The little I know of its history and its story is that it takes place in rural Wisconsin. But prior to knowing that, the songs and the scoring said "Appalachia" to me from the get-go. They still do.
