DR ELMORE  both of the movies are disturbing to me....but I am from the Midwest.

They may be disturbing to me, too!

Your body needs the rest after the workout you gave it.  Are you doing stetches?  That and an easy walk might be good for you.

Standing for any period of time causes the pain to return. I do water the garden after dark.

And of course, the one spice I was looking for, aleppo pepper, isn’t there.

This morning I listened to Hedre We Are, the last Sondheim show. Jonathan Tunick had sorta warned me it might be a hard go, and maybe because of that warning, I was surprised that I didn't think so. I just kept thinking I wish I liked it more. Now I'm curious to see the two Bunuel movies.

I need to see those movies too, along with Thomas Adès' opera of The Exterminating Angel.

Leaving shortly for a choral concert at the Episcopal cathedral in Minneapolis. The concert is later, but we are going to dinner beforehand at a restaurant in the Walker Art Museum, which is nearby.

I went to see Spoonbridge and Cherry on my very first business trip to the Twin Cities, though that was on a gray November day. Great sculpture!

Sorry.  I find standing more difficult than walking.  Just be sure to get up and move throughout the day.

I have never actually used Uber, and only Flyft a few times.  Usually Keith orders the cars for us when we need them.

OMG it is almost nine o'clock and I don't care what the internet thinks.

Good night.

And it took a LONG time to post that sentence.

That works.  Looks great!

For some reason, your FB posts haven't been coming up directly in my feed very recently!  I noticed that I now had to go searching for them.

Hey, how did you know the name the song I wrote for my brother and his wife, the Macbeths?

It’s excellent. Couldn’t be any more different from Sondheim’s if he tried. The Met had it on a simulcast and on its website during the pandemic.
