I ran across Fred Ebb in the most surprising of ways this morning while researching the Looking For Mr. Goodbar murder case. The fellow who was friends with the murderer, who the murderer in fact confessed to, was a guy who knew Ebb and, not sure whether to believe his friend or not, called his other (non-murderous) pal, Fred Ebb, for advice. He flies out to LA to tell Ebb what’s happened. They end up getting in touch with the guy’s therapist who convinced the guy to come back to NY and talk to police, which he eventually did. Crazy stuff.
George have you been to Vancouver, BC?
Idaho is technically my neighbor state. Gonna have to knock that one out. I was close once, while in Wyoming.
Been dipping into the 30s overnight here lately.
Rains of Ranchipoor expected overnight.
I did have zero show up for a one-act I did once. So we didn’t do the show.
Today I interviewed an author from Brooklyn who does cemetery tours. Very knowledgeable lady, good info about cemetery history, good conversation. Will fashion a story out of it. Maybe just a Q&A.

I was watching an Outside the Box on kritzerland youtube, and I think it was one with Hal Linden, in the intro phone bit, he says, “I don’t know what to say.”To which BK replies, “Say yes, like in the delightful Kander and Ebb musical 70 Girls 70.”Therefore it was always BK’s destiny to direct that show.
I was looking briefly at a sports info job at Western Washington U. Looked like a lovely campus. Did you like it there? I thought also of applying for an adjunct theatre professorship there.
You’d be meeting me at Costco on the regular for shopping fun.
You’d probably be sad to see what’s become of the Bellis Fair Mall.
