I wonder if DR JANE, PENNYO and KEITH remember their lines and blocking from MEDEA?

I wonder if MR BK went to see the show?

I like that the chess team spilt the games.....that's one way to win.

I have to see that Casa Susanna documentary. I saw Harvey Fierstein's play Casa Valentina which is based on that, and it was wonderful.

Alan Arkin has died. He was so good in The In-Laws

This morning I saw a local production of Wagner's Lohengrin.

Everything went quite smoothly, and I am home. I'm also very tired from the exertion.

A lot of screenwriters these days seem to tell portions of their stories via a shot of a cellphone text.

I, for one, can never read these messages. It must just be me.

Loved Alan Arkin.
So great in Catch-22.
And great direction of Little Murders.

Listened recently to a wonderful interview of him and his son Adam on the late Gilbert Gottfried’s podcast. Recommended.

From Rodzinski:

Quote
The boy Rodz finished school. I asked him what he did in the hour and a half they had today. He said they watched the teacher open presents.

That is funny :)

Alan Arkin was always wonderful. And yes, my introduction to him was Catch-22.

Jane number one.

OMG, I have no recollection of this.  I was friends with Pam & Adrienne (their father was the tennis pro at the park.  Pam played professionally for awhile) and I knew Adrienne's friend Marcia

I'm glad that Thatch turned out to be such a sweetheart, Elmore. Joshie was also feral (although not the worst I've had), and he took a couple of years before he adored me.

DR Lsura, those pics of the beautiful white blue-eyed kitty are wonderful.

Given the cat's coloring, have you checked to determine if he/she hears okay, since deafness is sometimes suspected?

(We're dealing with the realization that our Mikey (a tabby) has lost most or all of his hearing within the past couple of years, which is why I thought of that.)
