One of the touring guitarists, based here, is going to play in my Carrie band. The JCSS tour takes a break that covers exactly those weeks, he loves filling in with playing local productions when he can, and he wants to play Carrie. I just wanted to have one or two of the programs listing him.

Weird Day.

My VA doctor in nearby Aiken wanted me to come in to check out my occastional spells of vertigo/dizziness that I had spoken with my physical therapist about yesterday. I got an EKG and three blood pressure checks (prone, standing and sitting). Turns out, I am experiencing hypotension (sudden blood pressure drop) and adjustments have been made to my bp meds.

We shall see.

Vibes the adjustment solves the problem. As one who has low blood pressure I recommend getting up slowly, and staying hydrated.
