I was at the post office and lifted my left leg to climb the steps.  When I raised my right leg, my left leg buckled under me.

At any rate, my left leg was suddenly sore and weak, although I could walk well enough as long as I led with my right leg and didn't try to support my body weight on my left.  I endured it through the weekend and decided today I had to consult my chiropractor.

He knew exactly what it was and made an adjustment to my right pelvis. which he said was misaligned.  I was told to take it easy and not to walk too much.

I can do that.

I treated myself to a chocolate Frosty by stopping at Wendy's on my way home.

I just watched a video comparing a $5,000 cello, a $180,000 cello, and a $1 million dollar cello. The difference between the first 2 was vast, but I couldn't hear an appreciable difference between the 2 more expensive ones.

I will confess that the first time I read it, I just glanced through it and didn't see that.  Then I actually read the article and realized that it was a joke.

Naps sort of sneak up on you in your dotage.

I was far better at naps when I was younger, and I mean a younger adult.

It is very windy today.  At least it hasn't rained yet.

Second walk of the day no rain, just a hail storm we didn't beat home.

I decided to go for a short after dinner walk even though it was raining.  It ended up being shorter than I expected.  It is hard enough walking with the wind working hard to tip you over, even worse when the rain is blowing in your face so you can't see

I'm sitting in my car waiting for my Covid test to show its results.

Before I left work, Tom texted me that his power went out!

Here in Centralia, it's half cloudy and half blue skies.

The lights at my work were blinking a bit before I left, so hopefully I didn't (or won't) lose power at my house, which is less than a mile away from my work.
