From DR John:

Quote
Well, they did take a couple of questions, but they didn't like the questions. It seems a few people there wanted to know about the current treatment of Paul Rusesbagina, the hero of "Hotel Rwanda" who is being held without access to legal representation.

I had no idea.  This is very sad.

DR TCB I would have thought you have a permanent exclusion from jury duty.

That was such fun reading about the show, BK.

The times going backstage with you are such wonderful memories, meeting Alice Ripley who of course adored you, and meeting Michele Pawk, who of course adored you, after "Los Otros" at the Taper.

I am most discombobulated. I ended up sleeping almost 12 hours overnight. I usually only get about 6.

I particularly liked Miss Cindy and Miss Penny in Dear Future Model.....they went to a modeling agency and had very distinctive hilarious walks as models.

When the receptionist asked them for their portfolios - which all of the other girls had - Miss Cindy took a beat and then said with  perfect nonchalance:  "We lost them."

Had a lovely lunch along the river today. A patio heater made it comfortable.

I love a good patio heater or two.

When we were in Palm Springs we stopped to eat at a restaurant where all five heaters were broken.  We passed and found a  nicer restaurant with a lovely patio with pretty white lights on the trees.  We each had our own heater :)
