Just had an hour-long telephonic conversation with a good friend from college that I had lost touch with. Felt so good!!

What have you been doing in lieu of traveling? Watching foreign films? Travelogues? Going nuts?

I was trying to teach the DH how to use Facebook.  It was a frustrating experience for both of us.      ;)

In another hour or so, we are going to brave the supermarket for Thanksgiving supplies.  Pray for Rosemary's baby.

I am ushering later today for a John Denver tribute concert. I always liked his music, never saw him in concert. It'll be a bit nostalgic and fun.

I saw in concert at Madison Square Garden on March 17, 1978

Tuesday night's opera is Marnie on metopera.org. I know the Hitchcock version has been discussed here recently. I hear both bad and good about the opera.

Thank you for the reminder! Looking forward to my second shot at this one. Tuesday it is, then.

Went to the post office this morning to ship a package and was pleasantly surprised to find only 2 people ahead of me and they were both already being served
