So, they won’t have a house payment, just the HOA (and the taxes and the insurance).

The taxs and the insurance here in NY are the killer, our actual mortgage loan payment was about a quarter of our monthly payment

After reading his memoir I found a clip to watch. I recommend his book "Born a Crime". Many times I laughed out loud.
