She could have at least left notes on her files to let me know what was happening ... She had to know all her work would fall on me

Actually, I was certainly hoping that it wasn't a drink, too!
We had a come to Jesus meeting at work today, and you know what? It was rather laughable. The newcomers don't want their supervisors to direct them or tell them that they don't understand they aren't doing the job properly. They don't want guidance and they don't want input and they don't see what the problem is. I pity the new director that comes in.

But he likes the accordion music. He asked for an accordion recently, but I had to decide against it. I couldn't find an instructor.
