But eventually about 45 minutes later I managed to emerg from the tunnel. But I was now south of the block where I reserved parking ( not to mention nearly an hour behind time )

You will be proud to learn that despite severe provocation I did not run over a single pedestrian . And there were several who were just begging to be runover
