DR TCB--to answer your question from yesterday.  I don't think Barbra will be doing any more concerts in the near future.  She said in a recent interview that the two concerts in NY would be the end of her current tour and wouldn't be touring again, though she would do something once in a while (I'm thinking fundraisers).    I hope she changes her mind!

DR Jeanne & Bruce, Keith picked up some SimbuActin today.  I hope it helps.  Our allergies are bad again since returning home.

Jane, do you mean Sambucol? I don't know if it'll work for allergies, but it sure helps my sinuses and it's great for colds and flu. Sorry your allergies are bothering you. Airplanes do expose you to a lot of bad air.

Yes, however the brand he purchased named it SimbuActin.  Well, it is my sinuses that are mostly bothering me and I believe it is allergy related. 

I should have said our allergies are worse as we are not suffering with them like DRs Ginny, John, and I can't recall who else is truly suffering.  We aren't happy though

I had a haircut earlier, then stopped at my favorite food store. They had those yummy almond croissants today and a few other favorites.

Another chiropractor appointment this evening. I am feeling much better

Then Vixdad arrived home earlier than expected and offered to take me to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner.  We called ahead and were told to come right down

When we arrived we were shown right to a table and were surprised by a friend of The Vixter (actually the guy with which she shared her high school graduation party  they have been friends since kindergarten)

It turns out that he now works there

Good to hear this. All the studies that I know of were for colds and flu, but I do know it helps my sinuses--even without any studies.

Ah, SambuActin is an herbal form of elderberry. The Amazon reviews were quite impressive. Hope it works for you, too.
