I hate wedge salads Cut the darn lettuce up. And put it in a bowl do I can eat it without without everything splattering all over while I try to do the chefs job at table

Yesterday i had another one of my "spells" where my heart starts beating too quickly. It didn't get to the crazy fast phase that requires I go to the ER but it lasted for about 5 hours. It always makes me very tired

We don't buy lettuce and use cabbage instead so a wedge salad is a treat for me. I order it with thousand island dressing and it brings back good memories.

When my hearts races I find taking a minute to take a deep breath & hold it. I relax while doing so. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries but it works for me.
