Yeas I am supposed to avoid caffeine and ikniw the when I have too much along with too little sleep it will happen, it was stupid I know better

I wasn't too thrilled with my meal , the mushroom, which was advertised as "stuffed" with muenster and cheddar cheese (a tiny amount of some weird cheese mixture,not slices of each) was breaded and deep fried, obviously from frozen. It was rubbery and not very nice, the bun looked like it came out a store brand 12 for 99 cents pkg.

The vanilla toffee shake was disappointing, a vanilla shake with some toffee sprinkles on top of the too voluminous whipped cream

Yesterday i had another one of my "spells" where my heart starts beating too quickly. It didn't get to the crazy fast phase that requires I go to the ER but it lasted for about 5 hours. It always makes me very tired

Thanks Jennifer. No if it was a panic attack I could control it as Jane suggested wig deep breaths and relaxation techniques .. When I get one of these it goes on for hours and I feel as if I have run a marathon

DR Vixmom, having heard so much about Shake Shack in New York, we finally tried it when we were in Orlando last year. We weren't impressed. Take me to Five Guys or Smashburger any day.

It is the job essentially but in a training mode for an indeterminate period. My immediate supervisor did the same before me. So it's good. And it makes sense.

There aren't any Shake Shacks near here, but I've been to Five Guys. I don't like the atmosphere. It's too loud and not very conducive to talking with anyone...at least at the one here in Olympia.
