Charlotte's asked me to see the Lonnie Price documentary on Merrily We Roll Along with her, so I will not be seeing it tomorrow.  I'll stay home and watch a DVD. God knows I've got plenty to watch here.  I still cannot locate that BBC War & Peace!

I doubt that it'll ever actually show around here, so I must wait patiently for the DVD or Blu-ray release...which hopefully will actually happen.

War and Peace will show up when you're looking for something else, Elmore.

Yeah. I looked on Amazon for a preorder. It's not there yet. Yet.

It's still nice to read, even if it's a little old.

TCB, I am so sorry to hear about the rehearsal last night.

Do critics often review rehearsals? Maybe that would explain the bad reviews I've seen for shows I thought were great.

Wednesday afternoon greetings!  I've been for a routine doctor's appointment that included a fasting blood draw, a flu shot, and a pneumonia shot.  Richard and I then went to Bob Evan's for breakfast and to do a couple of errands.  Home now for some holiday cocooning.

You had both shots at the same time, vibes you don't have a reaction!

Well, if I do at least I'm not hosting a houseful of people tomorrow...

Thank goodness.  Was this your second pneumonia vaccination?

The little one is out getting groomed and it's giving me some time to start my preparation for tomorrow.  Pumpkin Whoopie Pies, Pumpkin Scones, a brussel sprout thing, and the turkey.

I am not a fan of whoopie pies, however, pumpkin ones sound intriguing.

I baked my pumpkin roll and am about to make peanut butter haystacks.  I still have cookies to make.  I fear it isn't enough for 20 people.  I should have purchased more cream cheese to make another pumpkin roll.  I am not going back to the store.

I'm up, I'm up - have been up since ten-thirty but stayed in bed a bit, then had to do some organizing as an Amazon seller - a pain in the butt but their all about their Amazon Analyticals.

One-Eyed Jacks had a notice, I believe, but it was never registered.  I believe it has now been registered and that you won't be seeing any further PD versions of it and certainly none based on this restoration.

Therapy was intense today.  More new exercises.

I thought it was at the hospital.

I've been to the bank and the crowds are really heavy.  I guess a lot are returning from watching the balloons for the parade being blown up.

I've been down there three or four times to do the walk around the Natural History Museum and see the balloons being blown up, but it's been maybe fifteen years since my last time.  It's a great way to spend Thanksgiving Eve.  I should do it again.

The little one is back from the groomer.  Most of his puppy black is gone.  He looks just like Ben now.   I can't tell them apart!!!  Leo is on the right, Ben on the left

Keith looked at the pumpkin roll and confirmed my suspicions, we should take two.  We walked to the market for cream cheese and a few other items.

Just finished making the pumpkin scones that are suppose to be Starbuck's "Knock offs" - my dough was too sticky and they came out looking like pieces of chicken (or turkey) - I glazed them, but that didn't make a difference.   I'm sure they'll taste just fine, though.

My pumpkin cake is rolled and cooling in a towel.  In a few minutes I will unroll it, spread it with the cream cheese filling and re-roll it.
