It's sharper, but the eye the was operated on seems to be slightly darker; like there is a slightly tinted screen in front of it. I assume this will clear in a day or two.

Since we expect heavy rain tomorrow we took a long walk to the growers market and back today. I also did a short, but brisk, 45 minute walk this morning. In total I walked close to 10 miles today. I hope this means I have lost one of the pounds I recently gained. When I stepped on the scale this morning I was very glad I passed on the cheesecake yesterday

At times, it can be very painful for her. She's learned to anticipate some situations, but of course horns honking or other sudden sounds coming out of nowhere can't be.

Back from a three-and-a-half mile jog, which I needed to do because I had some Wacky Noodles with chicken, although, that said, I only made two cups of pasta (four ounces - four hundred calories) and the equivalent of less than two chicken breasts.

I managed to get a couple of interesting books at the library today. A volume of poetry by Gerard Manley Hopkins and a couple of Russian novels printed together called The Way of a Pilgrim and The Pilgrim Continues His Way.

Not always. Downton Abbey was released on DVD long before the season ended.
