I bought a pair of new shoes last week....and now I have to go buy a belt.....I didn't realize I didn't have a light brown belt.....I only have black belts, and NOT Karate Black Belts.

Nice shoes. I also have a new pair of sneakers....nice FILA shoes....and size 10's fit nicely, even though I usually wear a size 9 1/2.

Here's something weird:

On my iPad, in the three pictures of the shoes, the shoes are oriented horizontally, right-to-left, and look squished (so the shoes look kind of short and fat). Then when I tap to get a close-up of just the photo, they elongate, like a TV picture that's s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d.

On my browser on the PC, they're upright and totally normal.

No, wait, there is one weird thing on the browser. When I click to enlarge, the shoes turn sideways! But they remain correct, geometrically, in either view.

There was a bad train wreck this morning at the Hoboken PATH station, and I've been following it on the CBS News. Three fatalities reported so far.

Unbelievable, ESPECIALLY after the one speeding around the curve of the Hudson Line, and the one in (I think it was) Philadelphia, same basic thing? What in the HELL is going on out there?
