Regarding auditions, TCB: Do you think it changed because they wanted to see who was committed enough to show up a second time?

Jane, I always tell folks what I want (and more particularly what I don't want), but I rarely seem to get it.

Happy Birthday, DR JohnG!  I can't wait to see your birthday meals today. Foodie's food is always fun. Sometimes weird. But mostly fun.

Can't wait to see what's in store, Laura. Thank you.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR JOHNG!!!

Thank you, Kerry. Best kind of cake for a diabetic. Though I'm sure some cheating will occur.

I liked Bosco, never liked Ovaltine much.  I don't think it ever dissolved completely and i hated chunky chocolate milk.

I didn't like Ovaltine for the same reason. And by the time I first had Bosco I was an adult and not drinking that stuff any more.

Ahhh, back at home, no one to run out and meet and run around with.  I love doing it, but I love getting back home and not doing it.  A calm ketchup day is exactly what I heard the doctor ordering.

Enjoy your calm day.

I guess there will be no more book signings in California.

I am so glad that I no longer live there.

BK,

With regard to your stalker:

Perhaps you are looking at this the wrong way.

Maybe the woman "loves" you.

Isn't it nice to be loved?

 ;) :D ::)

Oh my.

I did not read it all the way through, however, it seems if you sign the book in person you are only selling the book and would not need to give a certificate with the book, only the buyer would if they sell it again.

I never liked Bosco but Keith loved it, which is why he named his/our tortie and white cat Bosco.  He said she looked like she had been splashed in Bosco.

I didn't use Brylcreem either.  My hairstyle growing up normally used Butch Wax.

Really?  What made that wax "butch"?  Did it ride a Harley?

The folks in Sacramento are idiots.

And, Jerry Brown is their leader.

Wednesday morning afternoon greetings!  Richard and I were out and about early to attend an open house at the new (pricey) apartment building in Mom's retirement community.  It was a very pre-preliminary look for ourselves.  We have no imminent plans, but thought it would be a good idea to start gathering information.

Question for any of you who are on the castrecl mail list --

Has there been a marked decrease in participation lately, or could there be something wrong with the feed?  I get one email per day with the past day's posts, and over the past few weeks I'm only seeing one or two posts, nothing like what I'm used to.  I just went into my trash folder to double check this, and there was one day with, say, six posts and another day with eight, maybe a week ago, but most of these days now it's just one or two.
