Good morning, all.

And it's Tuesday, I believe.  Yes, let's agree on that much right now so we can get on with it.

The sight of that cranberry candle salad made me want to imitate the vomiting scenes BK described.

I wonder how DR SINGDAW is doing at the HealthCare sign up place.  I wonder if he gets a name plate or a name badge so he can be identified by the folks he helps?  I wonder if he has to wear a tie?

L. A. is not the only city that has the Broadway World Awards.  Nominations came out yesterday for the Seattle Awards.  Actually, I believe that the Seattle area goes from Everett to the north down to Olympia to the south.  Sadly, I did not receive a nomination for IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE.  Strangely, Tacoma Little Theatre did not receive a single nomination this year.  Oh well, I did win that one newspaper's award this last January for Best Supporting Actor.

I was thinking I could make Seafoam Jello Salad as candles.  And then canned corned beef candles.  It would make for a very festive red and green table setting.

Abominations come in all shapes and sizes. And usually involve gelatin products.

People all around me are gagging over the photo SwampWater posted earlier. I think it's the addition of walnuts that puts it over the edge. Though I think canned corned beef candles would do it, too.

Beats the heck out of me.  Like BK said, they are basically a popularity contest.

B'way World nominations are simple - their main critic in each city chooses and then all the friends vote.  So, Li'l Abner, for example, never had a chance here because the critic didn't see it.

We have made our way to the southern tip of Manhatten and taken a bone-chilling walk to the Museum of Jewish Heritage.  We're too early to pick up our concert tickets, so we're having sandwiches and tea in the museum cafe with a lovely view of Lady Liberty.

Good afternoon.  Good day.

How are you this overcast day?

Will it rain, do you think, or is it just a warning?
