Traffic is so bad I'm stuck in town until morning. Bummer.

Picked up a prescription and delivered it to Mom.  She's in pretty good shape, considering what she went through yesterday.

Good to hear.

I suppose stuffing is my favorite TG dish but I haven't had any in a long, long time.

DR CILLA LIZ I enjoyed the tv story about Paul.....very nice.

Thanks for sharing the VIVA MAX! info DR FJL....it sounds like so much fun.

Thanks!  He's done many outdoor murals around town, but this one is amazing.  It's huge and SO detailed.  I'm really glad it's inside because it will be preserved.  One of the murals he did was on a building that was later torn down.  Another keeps crumbling off the building and he has to fix it.  So it's nice this one will be safe.  It's in a newly restored historic building

Watching "Fractured Fairy Tales" with the great Edward Everett Horton as narrator. The first ones were not as funny as I had remembered, but they're getting much funnier.

Fill-in-the-blank of the day for everyone: It's not Thanksgiving dinner without __________.

In other words, what single dish makes Thanksgiving dinner for you?

Turkey and dressing and mom's potatoes and sweet potatoes and scalloped oysters and pecan pie and......

Can't pick a single dish.  I love the combination.  When I was here alone I made the whole shebang.  Well not the pecan pie, but I'm going to learn to do that.  My brother makes Paula Dean's pecan pie recipe.  It's fabulous

Cilla, the interview with Paul was very interesting & enjoyable.  It was nice to see both Paul and his work.

I thought it would be fun to share what he looks and sounds like.

While watching the video I was thinking this one needed to be inside, all that detail.

I swam today.  My body seems to be getting back to a comfortable swim.  Walking through the garage I my prescription goggles fell out of my bag and I didn't notice.  They have a small box at the pool and I found one pair that kind of fit me.  I kept having to adjust them and couldn't see all that well but it was better than nothing.  I was very happy to find my goggles when I returned home.

I had a fun, albeit tiring, day at the Wizard World Austin Comic Con.  Assuming my back holds out, I'll be back tomorrow.

It's a movie about how "Doctor Who" got started.

I'm also recording it to my DVD burner so that I can have my own DVD of it.

There is no listing on Amazon.com for a DVD release, but there is on Amazon.co.uk.

I was thinking about going to two showings, but that might be overkill...even for me.
