TOD: My mother's Black Forest Torte, which is three layers of white cake, cut in half. In between the bottom layers, who you put chopped up brandied cherries, then alternate with a whipped cream frosting all the way up. Then frost with more whipped cream frosting, cover the top with whole brandied cherries and put dark chocolate shavings on the outside. My flourless chocolate cake, flavored with a touch of Kahlua especial, frangelico or chambord.
Today, after 10 weeks, I finally returned to the pool. My shoulders have been unusually painful that I decided I must swim. It took about half an hour before the pain was better.
