There are 5 people on CastRecL that I routinely ignore so I don't even read their posts. When I see them in my inbox they get deleted immediately so I didn't see the entire thread about Bernstein's WSS. That being said, Mr. C is an ass, along with 4 others I have determined to be asses.

TOD:
I have been known to invest in the stock market, but playing in it, no. I make the distinction because many people seem to think the market is a casino, with winning dependent upon the right tip, rather than doing your homework. If you don't have the time or temperament for it, it's best to leave it for others. Since 2007, the investment environment has been a very difficult one.

But I enjoyed your bit of revenge on the laundry fiend. Was your wash at least dry?

Yes, thank God! If it had been damp, she'd now be dead.

Elmore, if you have space under a bed or in the top of a closet, you could try something like this.  I've consideded them for my comforters

I didn't even know about these! Thank you.

You're welcome!  I saw the tv ad as I was reading your post about not having anywhere to put your comforter.  I figured it was a sign, lol.  I am seriously considering ordering it.  I have lots of blankets that take up lots of storage space.  I could just clean them then pack them up for the summer.

Continued health vibes to Callie.

Ditto!
Thanks for the update!

Thanks.  She is curled up on the lap of a big rag doll.  It's cute.  I should take a picture.   She came downstairs and ate a little food about an hour ago. That's the first she's eaten today, so I think that's a good sign

Oh, silly me!

LOL!  Actually, I love visiting Randy and Jo. It's the Macbeths I fear.  Maybe I'll look into flight. the killer is the car rental.

Outside of my tiff at the laundromat, I've had a constructive morning: laundry finished, floors swept, vacuumed and mopped, and I need a larger trunk for my bed linens: I have no idea where I'll put this comforter now that the winter is over! I would kill for another room!

Well that's an option.  I wouldn't recommend it as killing tends to get you a much smaller room, although there is no rent there and they do the laundry for you

Only if you're convicted.  ;)

That's why I said "tends to get you"  :)

I used some of these same type of things in my luggage.  They work wonders.

DR elmore has it is spring can you take the train for a day trip to someplace relaxing?

Larry, it's a thought.  After the tarot card death threat, someone suggested that I might want to find someplace more relaxing than the Broadwayworld "Off-Topic message boards."   Like maybe a snakepit.   :)

;D

The way DR's talk about those boards I would want to stay away from them.

Hey, y'all!  We left Dover a few hours ago.  Our last at sea day is tomorrow.  Then Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland.

Thanks for the update, Tom. I was wondering where you were. I am insanely jealous as I've wanted to go to Iceland for many years.

But is this the TCB we all know and love? "Hey, y'all"?? Is this cruise making him a changed man? Or has some impostor stepped in and logged on as the One and Only??

Glad to hear it. You can't be the only one playing Netflix discs on a Blu-Ray machine.

A friend posts on a board that is related to politics. CAN YOU IMAGINE??? He complains repeatedly about the stupid remarks certain others make. I have to ask, "Why do you stay there?" Online discussion boards give a voice to all, but must we all listen?
