DP brought home a "defective" pecan pie last night.  I'm debating whether to indulge for breakfast.

How "defective" can a pecan pie be?

If truth be told (and it must, it must), I've never had poutine and I'm not sure how much I'd really like it.  We get the American version (with plain old American cheese) in the diners around here, and I could eat that every day, but I'll try the real thing when the opportunity presents itself.

Here we have it with cheese curds and a nice gravy. So good.

Right.  The cheese curds are the only thing I question being as "lovable" as a standard melted cheese.  But I will try it sometime.

Also love bacon and cheese fries, which I think is a Denny's thing but it might be elsewhere, too.  That kind of gravy would go just fine on that, as well.

Never heard of bacon and cheese fries. I'd like to try that.

It's too bad that Hal Linden doesn't have a twitter account (well i couldn't find it). If he did and if he had thousands of followers then that would have been a good place to write about Outside the Box.

Hal doesn't do any of that stuff, but it doesn't really help or Matt Ashford's fans would have flocked to You Tube to watch his episode.

I think the crust is a little over cooked.  But it's really good, not very sweet.  Very yummy

I agree with most of these kid choices.  Add Miss Patricia Gozzi in Sundays and Cybele, the kids in Forbidden Games.

Who could ever forget this little tike from the film THE LAST VOYAGE?!

Sadly, she had a very tragic life eventually pleadsing guilty to killing her abusive husband in 1996. Wish I could find out how she is doing now.

I just poured Cherry Coke into a bowl of Cheerios and pickle slices and ate it on a dare. I don't really recommend it.

Back from a quick Cobb salad and no bagel.  Awaiting the arrival of Nick Redman and the East Coast Singer - which apparently will be concurrent.  Now, where in tarnation IS everyone?

The kids in Forbidden Games definitely. Haven't seen Sundays and Cybele yet, but it's on my list.
