TOD - I was awake for about 24 hours when DS Rob was born and it was well worth it!  Depending on how well I sleep on the plane to Paris next Monday night I may come close to or exceed that...c'est la vie!

Only 24 hours.  Sunday night I slept 2 hours.  Monday night 20 minutes.  Bryan was born on Thursday at 7:40 PM.

Have done much e-mailing, I think I booked our MD for the next Gardenia show, I'm having a snippy correspondence with SAG over all the paperwork they require to do these FREE web episodes - it's thoroughly nauseating - finally got out and grabbed a sandwich and onion rings, but prior to that had weighed myself and lost two pounds from yesterday, so whatever annoying thing was going on yesterday went away today, and am now back, waiting for rehearsal to begin.  I'm also announcing our new title in the morning - I wasn't going to until next Monday, but given the number of releases next week, I'm just doing it now.

WONDERFUL NEWS!!!!!!

The vet just called and she did not do a root canal.  The pulp of the tooth just missed being exposed.  She was able to repair the tooth & do something which should help push the pulp back so new dentin can form.  She will re-check him in 6 months to see if it held, if so he shouldn't need a root canal.

Second good news.  She called to say she doesn't think the growth needs removing as, in her opinion, it is shrinking.  No growth removal today & it too will be re-checked in 6 months.

Sherlock may be picked up at 4:30 with his clean teeth, filling & repair.  This also means no pain meds & he doesn't have to go on a soft food diet.

We are very relieved and happy.  :D

Very, Very, Very (that's three Verys!) good news for DD Sherlock!!

I'm sure you have an idea how happy we are.  We are lucky to have such a great vet too.

DR Ginny i'm not sure if they have the pre-paid phone cards at Costco. But you don't need to be a member to go in. You just have to go with someone who is a member. You must know someone who is a member.

I love Costco. They started to get all their Xmas toys (not sure why they don't have toys year round).  It's one of my favorite stores!

Gonna go watch GLEE.

Btw, does anybody here watch a show called SUITS. I think it may have aired earlier this year on the USA network. They have been airing it here (i think we may have had 4 episodes). I love this show. It reminds me a lot of WHITE COLLAR.

Dr Jennifer, re: new shows....I was watching PAN AM and TWO BROKE GIRLS....decided not to stick with them because along with the regular shows I already watch, plus checking Facebook and HHW in the evenings, I never get ANYTHING done!

I wish some of the shows that I love and watch would get cancelled. LOL! And I have tried staying away from both Facebook and HHW, at different times recently, but always came back. I am an addict, I guess.

I figure if any of the new shows turn out to be really good, I can always catch up with them when they come out on DVD or show up on Netflix streaming.

Well, I'm going to head home.  I've been having a bit of intestinal distress and I don't want to have to worry about it...if you know what I'm sayin'. ::)

Be back later.

Just back from another night of drinking and eating (I wonder whether I should cut back!). Several pints of beer (do you have pints in the U.S?) and a meal of roast beef.

What about Yorkshire pudding?

We have pints but since I hate the taste of beer I don't drink them, though I'm sure a pint would put me under the table.
We have pints and you shouldn't cut back on them. IMHO.

Oh.. And I believe I passed another kidney stone earlier this morning... Ouch! Thus my own case of moving slower than expected this morning.
I am prone to those. Man, are they a pain. Vibes you are done with it.

Wonderful picture, Jose!

Thank you DR's FJL, Druxy, Jennifer, & John G.

It is good to have our baby back.  He had half is dinner, along with a pain med, & is resting while he waits for the other half.

His tooth looks beautiful.  In six months the vet will x-ray it to see how it is doing & if the repair was a success.

T.O.D.

Sometimes I have been known to stay awake for up to two hours at a time.  Actually, I was awake for three hours one time, but that doesn't count because I was at work when it happened.

Tuesday morning greetings!  It's the first Tuesday of the month, so that means lunch with the grantwriters.

I read that as "grantwitters."

I am in London's West End to meet an old friend for drinks and a meal. I love being in the center of London because it's such a lively place - not as lively as New York though, which I love as well.

Doug R have you ever visited Seattle?

DR ArnoldMBrockman, thank you.  He was excited when he first came home & seems tired now.  I think he will be happy when we can all snuggle on the bed.

I am in excessive pain tonday.  I left work two hours early.  I am hoping that it just because of the change in the barometric pressure.  But whatever the reason I am going to take my nightime pain pills and go to bed,
