The weather in Chicago is good for flying as is the weather in Salt Lake City, yet Bryan & Kate's Delta flight has been canceled. The connecting flight in Utah is still flying. I should have thought to check the weather in Minneapolis, thank for clearing that up.

It has turned out for the best. We needed more time to get ready while taking advantage of not having Yogi here and the airline extended their return home a day. We still get them for four days and now they have a return flight at 1:00PM instead of 6:00AM.

I hope they aren't delayed again tomorrow. I always feel bad when Bryan ends up spending his birthday (23rd) on an airplane.

Do they fly into Portland?

I have begun the task of finally moving stuff out of various rooms and into the garage, so that everything will be in its place and where I can find it. I've done the living room, save for a couple of little things - next up, the book room, followed by the den.

Then you missed the whole point of it! It isn't really for children and it's one of the most difficult pieces to do well. Very few succeed.

I used to dislike "Good King Wenceslas" (sp?) until I heard Mel Torme' do a swing version of it. Now, I like the song. How could you dislike a song with the lyric, "Bring me flesh/Bring me wine"?
