I never made the association between minstrel shows and the Mandy number in WHITE CHRISTMAS when I watched it as a youngen. I always thought it was some kind of weird Christmas number (because of all the red and green in the costumes and scenery.) What did I know?...

BK, I agree with you! I just wasn't going to let you get away with it. I went back and added a smiley because I wasn't posting it to be mean. As I said, I really prefer Susan Egan to Tammy on "Josua Noveck" and I knew you wanted a chance to remix "Disneyland" after the Day The Board Crashed. It's a hard choice between Jodi and Michelle; I liked them both.

Caroline O'Connor and Ron Raines paid me for those charts of "My Man," "Kissing You," and "I Don't remember You," and I honestly don't think Mr Yap had any right to reuse his blank orchestra tracks simply because their albums are on his label.

But that's what he does, over and over again. So, you buy a Glory Crampton CD and you've, in essence, already heard all the tracks, you just have a new singer. It's disgusting and, as I said, I'm surprised any singer is so hungry to do one that they leap at that. Especially as, at least from what I understand, they are guaranteeing to purchase enough CDs themselves to cover all Mr. Yap's costs.

Well, I came across a photo shoot posted on BroadwayWorld.com and there are lots and lots of pictures of people posted here, including someone we all know and love. She just posted today, in fact. I spoke to three different people. I'm trying to get text messaging to work in the house. I also needed to know how to call for voice messages from the land line. Craig missed an important call today regarding a job possibility. Now he has to wait until tomorrow to call them back.

Now I'm watching a DVD of Christmas episodes of The Bell Telephone Hour. A bit on the dry side, but the music selections are interesting and the performances are pleasing. And I get a kick from watching this kind of live TV that was done in the 50's and 60's. Well, sort of live--I gather that the Bell Telephone Hour presentations were mostly taped for broadcast. But still, the segments look like they were done continuously with no stops and occasional intercutting between cameras. I would have loved to been around that studio when one of these shows were taped.

The phone book that just came out has the wrong suite number for my office in my yellowbook ad. I'm really ticked about it. I was able to negotiate a 15% reduction in the price of the ad, but it's really irritating. They did get the building right, and we can tell people who make appointments the correct suite number, but it's still irritating.
