Watching a really bad motion picture on Blu and Ray - the fact that this horridly-written drivel was a HIT is astonishing - not only a hit, but a sequel is coming. Which shows, that bad writing, mediocre directing, and a bunch of well-known talent creates a hit bad movie.

Sammy Williams came over and picked up some sheet music for Stages - he's thinking of doing a song from it in his club act.
I lost a friend and neighbor this past week, someone who lives in the building. He died in his sleep. Sadly, it was roughly a week before anyone discovered it. It wasn't until I learned the news that a dream I had recently made sense.
I see that no one is on right now. I just wanted to say "Hello." Still 9 days until my hip replacement surgery (Monday, September 13). I'm counting the days and don't spend much time on the computer. "Cheers" to everyone.
