Oh gee, tomorrow it might snow. Now that's a change, lol.   The southern breezes will bring in warm temperatures....up to 29 degrees

Thank you for the nice words for my cousin...

I discovered a new pizza topping in Wisconsin: Macaroni and Cheese!

My tape transfer guy is bringing tapes back shortly, and tomorrow I'm picking up tapes for several potential releases - just not sure how that's going to work since CDs will be here in the morning.  My helper actually can't join me until noon, so I've left her a message to see if she could just go pick up the tapes in Century City at noon and then come here to ship.  Meanwhile, I'd package up all the domestic orders and get all the big boxes done.

DH's trivia team for their spring competition always use a movie title....

For some odd reason I keep thinking : Inglorious Beerpigs...

Good Evening!

Well... I tried to see Ragtime earlier tonight.  When I got to the box office, I found out that this evening's performance was Sold Out.  Then I went ahead and put my name in the hat - well, bucket - for the ticket lottery.  I did not win.  So... I'm going to try the lottery again tomorrow afternoon for the matinee.  And if I win, then I'll see it.  If not, then I'll be on the 5:00 bus back down to Virginia...

I really do hope I get in tomorrow afternoon.

*It will be interesting to see what their gross is for this, their closing week.  They were sold out tonight, and, apparently, they had a pretty good up-tick in sales over the past 24 hours.  Also, from what I could tell, they also pulled the discount codes for the rest of the week - or that allotment of tickets has already been sold (out).

Could the closing notice come down?   What is the history of that sort of thing?

I was hoping to bring the Vixter in to see Ragtime sometime in January .,.. I wonder if we could make it in on Saturday...

Buy your tickets ASAP, DR vixmom.  Ragtime is also on a special holiday week schedule this week.  They added a show last night, Monday, and will be dark New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.  Then it's just two shows on Saturday, and their closing matinee on Sunday.  *And check BroadwayBox.com for the discount code, and, hopefully, it will still be good.

It's been done before.  I was thinking that they would at least stay open until January 10 - especially in light of all the other shows closing this Sunday, planned and "unplanned".  However, I do know that almost every show on Broadway will be experiencing quite the dip in sales and attendance next week.  *Both Lion King and Billy Elliot were offering special staff rates a few weeks back for the second and third weeks of January; and Wicked is even have a "papering" day or two in January and February.

DR elmore - Emily Blunt is 26, and she's currently engaged to John Krasinski (from "The Office").  -She also used to date Michael Bublé.

Have you seen "A Single Man" yet? It's currently at The Paris, which is always a nice place to see a movie.

When I had my kidney stone, the cranberry juice tasted real good so I forgot about the pain while I drank it, but that was about it.

I believe "My Kidney Stone" is a little known Kander & Ebb gem recorded by Barbra Streisand.

Hmmm... I'm gonna have to email John about this one.

Hi Jose, I was glad to see monkey in the tree.

So was I.  -And I was just glad that the follow up pic to that was not "Monkey and Jojo in The Jefferson Hotel's Security Office".  ;)

I have finished addressing lots of UPS slips - double the normal amount I usually have to fill out for a single release, and I've printed invoices for the big online dealer orders.

The malls and stores in LA don't allow pictures to be taken of displays, trees, Santa, etc.
What's someone going to do, steal an idea ?
