I was going to start MONK next, but I noticed on the DVR that I had recorded last Thursday night's SUPERNATURAL rerun, and so I started watching it. It was about the arrival of the first of the Four Horsemen - War. He had turned a town upon itself by making everyone believe the others were demons. I only got about halfway through it, so I'll finish it when I go back down.

I'll likely watch ANGELS & DEMONS tonight on Blu-ray since that arrived on Friday. I thought the book began very well and then deteriorated badly in the second half. I'll be curious to see how the movie holds up.

I guess I'll get busy finishing up my writing assignment before heading back down and watching some fun things tonight.

Because of the rambling second half, the screen writers had a chance to tighten up the story - I hope they did.

I delivered a box o' CDs to the local dealer and happily he's taking a large amount of our new release - a very good thing.  I was a little concerned about doing 1500 of these - new territory for me, but it looks like we'll be okay, as I think over 1000 of them are already spoken for.

I had an egg salad and bacon sandwich and onion rings for lunch and now I'm ready to settle in with Red Cliff Part Two.

We are back from Lima, where Richard was duly ordained to the Anglican Province of America priesthood.  In addition to the local parishioners, we were joined today by members of my extended family and his, by friends from Middletown, by representatives from other Lima churches, by the priest from our former church in Cincinnati and his family, and by one of Richard's seminary classmates who flew in from Florida just for the occasion.  Of course, the Bishop and his wife were there from Indiana, too.  The potluck luncheon afterwards was fantastic - even my "extra crispy" pecan pie disappeared!

Also new on tv tonight: THE AMAZING RACE. Who will be in the F3??

I'm not sure if i'll get to watch any of my shows tonight. The tv in my bedroom (where i have my PVR) won't turn on since the power outage. It's had problems (only with the off/on switch). So i'm really hoping it will turn on tonight!

I've had a sandwich, which was very tasty, and now I'm ready to tackle another project, perhaps the Christmas party charts for the School of Ethical Culture.

Today, after my Sunday morning ritual of sacred music by Mozart, Beethoven, and Stravinsky, I finally listened to Christmas albums: Brent Barrett's, the NYC Gay Men's Chorus, and Emmylou Harris were today's choices.

I just had some roast beef with potatoes and carrots.  Very tasty and enough left-overs to last for a few days.  Now I need to do some research for a motion that must be filed tomorrow

I think tonight I will watch the Peter O'Toole vdeo of Sheridan le Fanu's UNCLE SILAS, titled DARK ANGEL. I'm very sleepy at the moment and maybe something suspenseful will wake me up.

Thanks, DR Cillaliz.  When our niece, Jennifer, took the picture of us she said we were cute.  Be sure to tell Samantha.
