 As you all know, I just attended my 30th class reunion.  I had a great time.  My class was a little bigger than Pogues and we have also always had a good turnout.  We have them every 5 years and I'll go next time if I'm able

We had a very fun pool party at the J last night.  Of course, after weeks of 106 degree weather, it was quite chilly last night, so Betsy needed to run home to bring a stack of jackets/sweaters for people to wear.  But other than that, it went wonderfully, and Gabe had a great day which he told us was the highlight of his childhood, LOL.

There was this fancy-schmancy Bat Mitzvah going on upstairs in one of the J's ballrooms, and they had a videographer outside taking "testimonials" from the people (it was evidently a themed party--they were all wearing pink cowboy hats and pink bandanas--at least, I'm hoping it was a themed party).  So I told Gabe (who was in swim trunks with wet hair) he should go over and take the microphone and say, "Hi, I guess my invitation got lost in the mail, but I was downstairs at the *cool* Bar Mitzvah party and wanted to wish you good luck."
