The solar eclipse must be responsible for that "My White Knight" video refusing to link

Or would that be a solo eclipse?

Some I wish would.  :P

Wow DR JOSE was rubbing elbows with Broadway legends yesterday.

That famous film director of silent films and talking musicals:
Roscoe Dexter.
He works exclusively with Monumental Studios and all Don Lockwood-Lina Lamont pictures are directed by him - personally.  ;D

It's just beginning to get light out.  I suppose I'll try to sleep for another couple of hours, if I can clear my head.

Have I mentioned that when I saw JUBILEE in Vegas several years back, they had a topless dance routine to accompany "Beautiful Girls" from FOLLIES.  (And I'm not talking about just the chorus boys.)

Well I am off to work....but not at Monumental Studios.

And for what it's worth, I started a FaceBook page yesterday.  Not much there....yet.

Here I am at work for my first day of information waitressing since May 31.  Funny, I haven't missed it a bit.

Good morning, all! Another night of frightening dreams and shoulder discomfort. I am out of bed, prepared to write and revise, and planning a trip to Lincoln Center around noon.

DR singdaw, I am quite sorry to hear about the computer debacle.  I've been meaning to buy a Lacie Hard Drive since March and still haven't.

DR JRand57, elegant photo! You clean up quite nicely, and it would send me into the theatre to see you.

TOD:
DVD:  Several Netflix, a couple of operas, the Australian Ballet's La Fille Mal Gardee
CD: Millocker's GASPARONE, my new favorite operetta, Im Weissen Rossl, Guy Haines, Liz Callaway, Rufus Wainwright
   VCR: short art films

Since Anthony is away I should take the opportunity to do a complete back up of the computer.

Yes, we need to meet. I'm free until Thursday (August 7th) when I leave for Minneapolis. I'll be gone through Sunday August 10th.

I've seen some of the videos of CMT on YouTube but I'm looking forward to seeing the DVD especially with another fan!

*I did the drive from Richmond to Chicago - well, almost to Chicago (to Nappannee, IN) - a couple of years ago.  It was a loooong drive, and I did it in one day.  And twice in one summer.  Round trip.  However, since I was making the trip in my 1993 Ford Escort Wagon, I only ended up having to re-fill my tank once, and that was not until I had reached the middle of I-80 in Ohio!

OH!

DR Ben - I meant to mention this yesterday, but.... One of the readers for the auditions I played over the past couple of days will also be in How To Succeed... with Anthony.  She'll be playing Miss Jones.
