Oh btw, re: that show CAMP ROCK that i mentioned the other day.

I liked it! It is basically a teen musical comedy (very similar to HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL) and featuring the Jonas brothers (one a lot more than the others).

I've heard Kevin's last name pronouced Spi-ri-tas, but the spelling is two syllables: Spir-tas. Which is correct?

Rain today....I planted grass seed where the tree used to be.  Hopefully we will soon have grass everywhere!  Where it is supposed to be.

I don't have SHOWTIME!  Maybe MR BK will end up on YouTube.

TOD:  What song did you sing on The Merv Griffin Show and who were the other guests, and where was the show taped?

Good morning!

I was able once again to sleep with the windows open, the attic fan running, and the central A/C off, but this promises to be the hottest day in about two weeks, so I've already had to shut the fan off, close up the house, and flip the A/C back on. Hasn't kicked on yet since the house is still relatively cool from last night, but it'll be on within an hour, I suspect.

With David Hyde Pierce and now Paulo Szot, that's two years in a row that the Tony for Best Actor in a Musical has gone to an "out" man!

As I was coming to the site just a minute ago, the UPS man pulled up with another review copy. This one is STOP-LOSS, a movie that didn't do much at the box-office but starring Ryan Philippe. Even if the movie is no good, he'll be pleasant to look at.

However, it went into the stack of other things coming out on July 8th: THE RUINS, SUPERHERO MOVIE, CANNON, and JAKE AND THE FATMAN.

Isn't that great! I didn't know about Paulo Szot until a few days ago, but it was pleasing to find that out.

Wednesday morning greetings!  Just as I logged on here we received a flurry of phone calls from my physician.  Seems I was given misinformation last night and took an incorrect dose of one of my medications.  So, the Friday blood test has been moved up to Thursday, which actually is more convenient, but the circumstances are a little unnerving.

There is nothing of interest on TV for me tonight, so I'll be plowing through WALKER TEXAS RANGER for most of the day. I'll finish that MURDER SHE WROTE episode while I'm cooking and eating lunch (and maybe watch another since I'm halfway through with it already).

If the Criterions come today, I'll watch PATRIOTISM today to get that set out of the way.

Ginny, I was going to make a joke about "can you spell M-A-L-P-R-A-C-T-I-C-E," but it's really not funny!   Gads.

Yes, one of 2.  I think it's a matter of differing opinions between 2 of the physicians in our family practice group.  The ironic thing about this whole experience is that, of the 4 guys in the group, the one I've always liked the least is the one who's been most thorough and forthcoming.

This is a "Generic" question for "Ask BK" day:

Does anyone know where DR Jeanne has been the past three days?

Wasn't "Virginia Hamm" one of the burlesque characters in "Torch Song Trilogy"?
