Happy Foster Cat Story (regarding cats traveling):

There was a bunch of feral (wild) cats that had been trapped and fixed that the director was taking back where they came from (an orange orchard, I think). She heard purring, and discovered that one of the "feral" cats was just purring away in the backseat. She thought that perhaps this one was a tame stray that found its way to the feral colony.

They brought her to us to see if she was indeed tame. We called her "Sybil" and discovered that she liked riding in the car (!).  She was adopted by a retired couple with an RV and got to travel.

We have lots of happy foster stories.

We have some sad ones, too, but we prefer to remember the happy ones.

Those are awesome photos, Jose!

Thank you, DR DearReaderLaura. I also took some pics with my regular camera too. It was just too gorgeous a sunset to capture with just the iPhone camera.

*And I await your next gorgeous set of pictures.

I had an annoying e-mail when I got home - and I'll be having a telephonic conversation with the person who sent it tomorrow.  I will be very strong.

Well, I had fallen asleep on the couch, but, thankfully woke up again. I'm back to work in the morning and had yet to set my alarms. They are now set, so...

Goodnight.

I am quite curious to read your reactions and comments about this production. Especially in regards to Billy Porter's reconception of the musical arrangements. And of Ledisi too (whom I like on record).
