By changing ONE (count it, ONE) letter in the title of this motion picture, it could be something wholly different:

"To Fill A Mockingbird" -- adventures in Chinese cooking!

Jrand, to be a tad indelicate, I think the problem with Cyd's eye might have had to do with some bad plastic surgery.  Her eyes were perfectly fine when I knew her.

I have to make shepherd's pie for dinner tonight.  My sister is tricky (even though it's one of my niece's favorites). While we were on the phone yesterday my sister asked my niece what she wanted me to make her for supper tonight. And my niece said "shepherd's pie". Well i only found out after i said yes, that my sister had told her to say that! :)

But...are you in a sufficiently rural area that acquiring a shepherd is easily managed?

Three on the Couch is a good title.

Would that qualify for a group rate?

I have nothing to say, seeing how this is day three on the couch.

Welcome to my world, DR Laura!  I hope the couch time is just what your ankle needs for a full and speedy recovery.

It is, at the least, a group "date".

Just try and see it

       [I see it....]

                   [I see it....]

And you will soon si-si, Senior!  Why invite regret when you can get the kind of date you'll never ever forget!

Oh, well, I'm sure it will pass in time.

Or with some sort of laxative.

Has anyone heard the exact date the next edition of "Big Brother" will start?

Anyone else?

Boogie Nights becomes Doogie Nights, a documentary about how Neil Patrick Harris overcame sleep apnea.

and

Guys and Dolls becomes Guys and Dolts, a study of contemporary corporate America.

and

The Postman becomes The Postmac, a story of life after Steve Jobs.

I have not. It ususally starts around July 4th or so, doesn't it? I hope so 'cause I need my fix, and also to get the bad taste from the last season out of my mouth.

And since I didn't end up continuing with THE MOLE (it just wasn't as interesting as I had remembered it to be), I need something to watch.

OH, I hope they cast either Tom Wopat or Brian D'arcy James. If they do I will surely go to see it!

Is anyone looking into their crystal balls?  Has anyone been to a fortune teller?  If so, how was the experience?

Good Afternoon!

Well... After the phone call I just had, it looks like I will have to make a few more phone calls, as well as make some changes to my plans over the next few days...  :)

Hmm...  I wonder if it would be possible to have some sort of mini-HHW gathering sometime over the next two weeks down in Florida?

Yes.  However...

Part of my reason for heading down was to see my parents before they fly off to London.  They'll be spending a few days there before sailing out of Dover on a 12-day Scandinavian Cruise.  Well, it turns out my Mom never really gave me the right date for their departure.  Well, she gave me the date they were sailing, but not the date they were flying.  As I found out yesterday, they're flying out this afternoon.  So...

I was also hoping to spend some time with my brother, Mike, and his family, but I guess that will have to wait until I get back from Ft. Lauderdale.

:)
