And, NO, I did not eat all of that by myself. Heck, Michael and I barely finished the all of that food. Heck(!), we didn't even have room for dessert! -And that Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie looked sooooo good.

The smoked portabella also looks good, except for the swiss cheese. I can only eat baby swiss-don't know why I'm not allergic, or not as allergic, to this type of swiss.

The pizza is one of those pre-made flatbread crusts, to which I'll be adding sauce, pepperoni, some diced ham, cheese, and veggies from the salad bar. Salad bars are handy for this sort of thing - a lot of times I'll find customers using the bar for small amounts of veg to be used is a dish, where buying a lot of that veg wouldn't make a lot of sense.

A friend of mine brought over a pizza earlier today that was flat crust with chicken, bacon and artichokes. I had never had artichokes before but it was good.
