Before I lay down for the nap, I watched about an hour of DUBARRY WAS A LADY. This MGM musical has never been a special favorite despite having great talent in it. I still find it fairly dull going.
While the transfer is good on average, there were those pesky color fluctuations again, especially during Zero Mostel's Charles Boyer impersonation and for a moment during Virginia O'Brien's number. Skelton hadn't begun his dream sequence yet, so I'll be curious to see how that looks.
