Breakfast meeting had to have a change of venue since Aroma's seating is outdoors.  We shall do Hugo's instead - so, I have to decide between eggs or mac and cheese, both of which they do very, very well.

I see a new Plateau.

Just watched some of SPRING AWAKENING on The View.  It is the only channel that can be received at The World of Wisdom....television wise, that is.

The more I see or hear of this show, the less I like it.

Well, I suspect the stuff that you'd like is the stuff that they can't really perform on TV.  And the staging for the number they did on "The View" was very modified from the way it's presented on the stage of the O'Neill.

Then again, even though I liked the show, it's definitely not everyone's cup of tea.

That's completely understandable.  If you can't make it to CURTAINS, (or even if you can) let's get together for lunch or dinner while I'm there, ok?

I had always counted on that!

OH!!  Quel surprise!

The UPS man just came with a package... For me!  -I had first thought it was a package for one of my roomies since she said she was expecting a couple of packages this week, but... So...

I am now the "proud" owner of a Grand Marnier cocktail set: a small shaker and four glasses.  Apparently, it's a "Thank You" gift for signing up for the e-mail list.  Did I ever sign up for the e-mail list?  Well...

Anyone want a Grand Marnier cocktail set?

BK - Not sure, maybe Skip was running through some music with him for an audition or something like that.  Also, it turns out Skip and he worked together on a Shakespeare play years ago.

I read JOURNEY'S END in high school, and since then it has been one of my favorite plays.  And yes, the ending is sombre and true....and inevitable, and all the more so because you have gotten to know these men.

We must have the Hugh Dancey movie set gossip, DR ELMORE.

I just looked up the film on IMDB.  It's EVENING, which stars Meryl Streep.  According to gossip in one of the New York rags, Dancey's been carrying on with Claire Danes while being seen making out with screenwriter Michael Cunningham.

Actually, I just had a flash that I thought I had answered it...but to the e-mail I got of it rather than the message here on the forum (I always get an e-mail of replies to my forum Private Messsages).

At any rate...."mum"!
