Jose, about the equity thing, there exist a few ways people can do a quick bypass into equity. A guy I know got his card just for getting a job at the Jekyll & Hyde Restuarant. For those not in the know, that is a restaurant where the employees dress up as different spooky characters and whatnot.

Hey, that's a concept that should be generally used!

Why not create "real tv shows" to select people for... anything, like President of a State and then we'll call in our vote!

OMG I LOVE THAT PLACE!!!!!!! The funny part is that the man who was our waiter/butler was just like my friend Dylan so they just bounced jokes and things off eachother and it was a full night of entertainment!

The reason the decision should not be left in the establishments' hands is it can be successfully argued that the smoke exposure makes these places unsafe for employees.

And there is a counter argument that so long as the employees are alerted to the situation before hiring, no employer jeopardy should attach.
