So, yesterday was my mom's mom's (my oma's) birthday.  She died in her 80s, but if she were still alive, she would've been 100 years old.  She was born in 1919* 1921.

Today, August 20, would've been my dad's 83rd birthday.  It was always easy to remember my oma's birthday because it was the day before my dad's.

One of the things that I thought my Mom had thrown away was a poster from the evening that A Chorus Line became the longest running musical in history. It's about 15 inches wide and 5 feet long. I found a tube in Louisville hidden in the back of a closet that I think is that poster. I haven't had time and clean hands to take it out.

Why didn’t you just bring the tube back with you?

Now, I don't remember if she said she was born in 1919, OR that she would've been 100...I have a vague memory of both.

That is okay, my mom’s mom, whom we called Gommy, would now be 121.
