You don't care for buffets?

I love a good buffet.  Which is why I am fat.

I do need to work tomorrow.  There was too much going on this week to do the organizing and prioritizing that I need to do, but that's good.  It was a really good week,  I got a lot done and learned that I can run the office by myself.  I will do that until I know about the new job.  If I don't get it, I may hire someone part time, but I may not.   I'll be glad when I know what the future will bring....

I do like a good buffet and a lot of what I had was good.  But some of it tasted like it had been in the warming tray a while.  I don't like that so much.   I will definitely go back there, though.

I haven't had a buffet in a 'coon's age.

Enjoy the movie DR George.

We rented BAD WORDS with Jason Bateman.  I don't have high hopes.

Thanks, Jane.  There were mixed reviews between the three of us.  Marsha and Margo really liked it, although Marsha liked it more than Margo.  I thought that the acting was pretty good (although the lead, Chadwick Boseman as James Brown), mumbled so much that I couldn't understand him.  He was loud enough, he just didn't enunciate very much.  I assumed that that was the way James Brown really spoke, but I don't know.

Overall though, the movie was just snippets of his life, not told in any kind of linear way (which isn't bad per se), but it jumped back and forth and back and forth, and at times he spoke directly to the camera, and I just couldn't figure out any point to it.  Margo thought that just letting people know about his life was the point, but I just didn't get it.

If you're a James Brown fan then you'll probably enjoy it a lot more than I did.  Good acting all around, but I won't need to see it again.

Has anyone seen The Hundred Foot Journey?  I'm thinking about it

I really want to see this.
